Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on regularly priced goods.
• Non-Returnable Items: Products sold at a discounted price or on sale are final sale and may not be returned.
• Return Process:
  1. Contact Customer Support using the Contact page and include your order number, the products you wish to return, and the quantity of each item.
  2. We will issue you a Return Address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will cover the expenses for sending replacement products (if applicable).
• Condition of Returned Items: Returned products must be unopened and undamaged. After inspection, a refund will be issued for eligible items.
